Julia Struyf – BIC Supports Cellulosic Sugar Producers Co-operative in Building Bioeconomy

Julia Struyf, Marketing and Communications coordinator for Bioindustrial Innovation Canada, explains BIC’s role is supporting the farmer-owned Cellulosic Sugar Producers Co-operative. The co-operative is building a corn stover supply network in Southwestern Ontario. Corn stover would provide biomass feedstock for Comet Biorefining’s upcoming cellulosic sugar processing plant in Sarnia, Ontario.
